본 연구는 메모장 애플리케이션에 대한 AI 적용과 사용자 경험 개선 방안에 대해 고찰하고 이를 통해 ‘클라우드 메모’ 프로토타입을 제안한다. 보편화된 기록 수단인 메모장 애플리케이션과 AI 및 네트워크 융합을 통해 사용자 의도를 파악하고 외부 앱 서비스를 제공하여 편의를 제고할 수 있는 플랫폼으로 역할을 하는 메모장의 디자인을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 프로토타입의 품질요소와 실현 가능성, UI 요소 등에 대한 평가를 통해 디자인에 반영한다. 우선순위 설정과 기회요소 발견을 위한 품질 평가요소를 도출하고 1차 프로토타입 작업 진행 후 전문가 인터뷰를 실시한다. 조사 결과를 반영한 개선된 프로토타입의 UX/UI를 도출하여 2차 전문가 인터뷰를 진행한 후 최종 프로토타입 디자인을 제안한다. 연구를 통해 AI 메모장을 매개로 하여 소통하는 다양한 외부 앱 서비스의 개인화, 최적화와 이를 통한 앱 서비스 시장의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
This study explores how AI can be applied to notepad applications to enhance user experience. It proposes the design of an interactive AI notepad app ‘CLOUD Memo’ that, by combining the familiar functionality of notepad tools with AI and network integration, understands user intent and connects to external app services to improve convenience. By mediating communication with external services, the platform is expected to increase activation of diverse applications through personalization and optimization.
