금융 AI 챗봇의 보이지 않던 정보와 출처를 사용자에게 투명하게 드러내고, 복잡한 데이터와 대화 흐름을 시각적으로 이해하기 쉽게 표현했다. 단순히 대화의 정확성을 높이는 것을 넘어, 사용자가 정보의 근거를 직접 확인하며 신뢰를 형성할 수 있는 경험을 설계했다. 시각화된 인터페이스는 금융 용어에 익숙하지 않은 사용자도 자연스럽게 내용을 따라갈 수 있도록 돕고, AI와 인간의 소통 간극을 줄이는 역할을 한다. 투명성과 명확함을 기반으로 사용자 경험을 향상방향을 가이드한다.
This project reveals the hidden information and reasoning behind financial AI chatbots, making complex data and dialogue flows visually clear and easy to understand. Beyond improving conversational accuracy, it designs an experience where users can trace the basis of information and build trust through transparency. The visualized interface helps those unfamiliar with financial terms follow the content naturally, bridging the gap between AI and human communication. Grounded in transparency and clarity, it guides a new direction for enhancing user experience in digital finance.
