‘누룩’은 한국 전통 발효 재료인 누룩을 현대적 자기 돌봄 경험으로 재해석한 프로젝트입니다. 사용자는 온습도 센서가 내장된 배양 박스와 연동된 스마트폰 앱을 통해 약 21일간 누룩을 기르고, 이후 이를 활용해 자신만의 막걸리를 완성합니다. 매일 누룩의 사진과 그 날 자신의 감정을 기록하며, ai의 안내를 따라 발효 환경을 조절합니다. 전통과 기술, 그리고 나를 돌보는 시간이 하나로 연결되는 이 과정은 단순한 막걸리 만들기가 아닌 ‘자기 성장의 리추얼’입니다.
‘Nuruk’ is a project that reinterprets the traditional Korean fermentation ingredient, nuruk, as a modern self-care experience. Users grow nuruk for about 21 days using a cultivation box with built-in temperature and humidity sensors linked to a mobile app, then brew their own makgeolli. Each day, they record photos and emotions while ai guides the fermentation. Blending tradition, technology, and mindfulness, this process becomes a ritual of self-growth.
